This year marks the tenth anniversary of the well-known «Some Contributions on Olive Growing and Elaiotecnic from the Perspective of Experience«. It is a compilation of different chapters produced by some of the most brilliant experts in the sector. They are people who have managed to transform the olive growing sector in one way or another in recent years.

The book, which is a great gift for those who work in this sector, both nationally and internationally, is composed of 14 masterfully developed chapters that cover the various cross-cutting materials that define olive growing and elaiotechnic and cover all the stages of the value chain, from the countryside to distribution.

This manual was presented at EXPOLIVA, the largest international fair related to the olive oil processing sector. In 2009, the English and Spanish versions sold out immediately, and were reissued several times by the GEA Group, a place where I worked at professionally for 16 years.
